PAYMENT/BOOKING
For bookings without invoice voucher, payment must be made directly to the driver with credit card/POS.
Bookings must be made within two days prior to the departure date, by 16:00 (local time); the same procedure is applied to changes/cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation after the terms valid for reservation a penalty of 100% of charge will be applied.
No shows will be charged the entire cost.

LUGGAGES
We need to know how many pieces of luggages that each traveller has, so we can ensure that there is space for all luggages.
One passenger can have, free of charge, 1 suicase (max size 60x35x85 cm) and 1 hand luggage.
One additional luggage up to 23kg (max size 53x31x75 cm) euro 4,40
One additional luggage up to 40kg (max size 60x35x85 cm) euro 9,00
Luggage of a special size (max 150x40x75 in 30kg) euro 15,00
Exceeded weight is charged 1 euro/kg
In case of space problems for unnotified pieces of extra luggage, science bus reserves the faculty to refuse the transportation of those.
FLIGHT DELAYS/LUGGAGE LOSS
The first 30 minutes are free of charge. After this, there will be € 5,50 surcharge every 15 minutes (18,00 €/hour).
Pick up/drop off outside the fixed stops
5,50 Euros additional charge.
NIGHT SHIFTS
Ronchi dei Legionari € 2,20 surcharge from 20.00 to 8.00 a.m. (reference: flight departure/arrival time)
