PAYMENTIf your booking is paid by an institution/company/firm/public body, you have to fill in the "preferential rates" blank space with a valid voucher number and payment will be charged according to the agreement signed with your institution/company/firm/public body.
For cash vouchers or private booking, the service must be paid in advance with a valid credit card.
The amount will be blocked until the deadline of the booking procedure (04:00 pm CEST of the second last day before the date of the booked service), so as to allow you to cancel the booking without any additional cost.
Once the above-mentioned deadline has expired the amount due will be charged onto your credit card.
Reservation must be made at least 2 days before departure/arrival no later that 04:00 pm CEST.
The same procedure should also be made for modifications or cancellations. For cancellations made after the two days, 50% of the fee will be charged. For the "NON SHOW" the entire fee will be charged.
FLIGHT DELAYS/LOST LUGGAGE
In case of flight delays and lost luggage, the first 30 minutes are free of charge;after this, the fee will be increased by Euro 5,50 every 15 minutes (22,00 Euro/hr + VAT).
After 1 hr and 30 minutes' wait the service will not be guaranteed.
SUNDAYS/HOLIDAYS
20% + VAT surcharges for Sundays and holidays.
EARLY MORNING AND LATE NIGHT RATES
Ronchi dei Legionari:
between 08:00 until 21:00 the price remain unchanged. Outside this hours a supplement of 2 Euros + VAT per person.
Venezia and Treviso:
between 08:00 until 20:00 the price remain unchanged. Outside this hours a supplement of 3 Euros + VAT per person.
