PAYMENT/BOOKING
If your booking is paid by an institution/company/firm/public body, you have to fill in the "preferential rates" blank space with a valid voucher number and payment will be charged according to the agreement signed with your institution/company/firm/public body.
For cash vouchers or private booking, the service must be paid in advance with a valid credit card.
The amount will be blocked until the deadline of the booking procedure (04:00 pm CEST of the second last day before the date of the booked service), so as to allow you to cancel the booking without any additional cost.
Once the above-mentioned deadline has expired the amount due will be charged onto your credit card.
Bookings must be made within two days prior to the departure date, by 04:00 pm CEST.
the same procedure is applied to changes/cancellations.
Non shows will be charged the entire cost.
FLIGHT DELAYS/LUGGAGE LOSS
The first 30 minutes are free of charge. After this, there will be € 6.60 surcharge every 15 minutes (26.40 €/hour).
SUNDAYS / HOLIDAYS
20% surcharge on trips to/from Venice Marco Polo, Venice Treviso and Ljubljana. No surcharge to/from Ronchi dei Legionari airport.
Pick up/drop off outside the city area
6.00 Euros additional charge.
NIGHT SHIFTS
Ronchi dei Legionari € 2.40 surcharge from 21.00 to 8.00 a.m. ;(reference: flight departure/arrival time)
Venice Marco Polo, Venice Treviso: € 3.60 surcharge from 21.00 to 8.00 a.m. (reference: flight departure/arrival time)
Ljubljana: no night shift surcharge.
